How long will my order take to arrive (UK)?
Each item is made to order in the UK, and can take around 10 days to arrive, but we try our hardest to get them to you as soon as we can. 

How long will my order take to arrive (ROW)?
If you're ordering outside of the UK we'd expect your order to arrive in 3-4 weeks.

I want to use a different picture, is it too late to change?
Get in touch with us as soon as you can. If we haven't started making your item then we might be able to get it changed. Unfortunately if production has started we won't be able to change it.

Do you offer refunds and returns?
Due to each order being personalised we can't offer returns unless the product is defected upon receival.
